Our main vision is to make our department one of the top five departments of sociology education in our country.
Our Mission
The mission of our department is to educate sociologists who are equipped with international knowledge and who have the basic theoretical and methodological formation of the discipline of social science in general and sociology in particular.
Our aim is to develop sociological and other intellectual tools to solve the fundamental problems of today and to equip students with such tools, to create social consciousness and to produce knowledge in order to contribute to positive social changes and transformations at global and local level.
